Queue

After years of playing Scrabble Online against the Big Giant Head, or whoever is on the other side, I tonight made the word

QUEUE

My reach having exceeded my grasp, left with nothing more to aspire to, I shall withdraw and binge-watch Hallmark Christmas movies until reason overtakes me.

  1. Queue….this is a word that is used all the time here. We have been in the QUEUE for permanent residency for 6 1/2 years, and there’s nothing on the horizon to indicate we’ll be getting it any time soon.

Love the queue cute photo! LKG

    1. I assumed you were already permanent there. I hope you get approved soon. Although with it dragging on, you have de facto permanent residency, I guess, sort of. Not a satisfactory situation, though.

The only queue I run into here is the print queue, which gets messed up with every jam.

I wonder if each chick has its place in the queue. A pecking order.

      1. We are living here permanently; however, our Permanent Residency Visa hasn’t been awarded yet. We are on a Temporary Residency Visa, which we must renew every 4 years. It is a lot of paperwork and expense.

Do you still own your parents’ place in Fentress? And do you ever go there? I had forgotten all about MYF on Sunday nights. I think it was Sunday—maybe Wednesday? Anyway, so cute that you remember coming out to our house and hanging out with the teenagers. Yep, Cullen was probably doing The Bop! ❤️LK
